Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, please email us at support@amorandsoul.com with your order number and the reason for the return. After your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to ship the item.

Original shipping fees are non refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns on final sale or customized items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
